Thermal Analyses of Reactor under High-Power and High-Frequency Square Wave Voltage Based on Improved Thermal Network Model

چکیده

In order to quickly calculate the stable temperature of a reactor driven by high-frequency and high-power pulse voltage, an improved thermal network model suitable for under this condition is established in paper. power electronic equipment, maximum usually concentrated its internal core. Moreover, with increasing demand density devices, structure design more compact, magnetic field will affect accuracy temperature-measuring device. Therefore, it difficult measure rise directly. However, operating could be analyzed modeling methods heat transfer analysis tool. convenient accurate square wave voltage considering equivalent resistance winding, three-dimensional geometrical effect core repeated stress on penetration depth. Additionally, can obtained through external terms presented model. To verify feasibility model, corresponding multiphysical finite element simulation measurement platform built. The experimental results show that proposed has high precision fast calculation speed, effective tool reactor.
